In the most recent FIVB Men’s Volleyball World Ranking, Qatar rose to 17th place.
After Qatar’s impressive recent results, most notably their third-place finish at the 22nd Asian Championship in Iran, this remarkable advancement follows.
The United States came in second, Poland came in first, and Italy came in third.
The 19th Asian Games will be held in Hangzhou, China, from September 23 through October 8 for Qatar. They will compete against Thailand and Hong Kong in Group B.
