The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has apprehended an Asian individual for exploiting people in a beggary scheme for financial gain. In a video shared on MoI’s social media, the suspect was arrested alongside other participants. Cash and passports were confiscated during the operation. This action aligns with MoI’s continuous fight against human trafficking. The detained individuals have been transferred to the Public Prosecution.
