Qatar’s Handball Team won their first match in the 19th Asian Games Group B Preliminary Round, held in Hangzhou, China. The match was attended by HE President of the Qatar Olympic Committee Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani. Qatar dominated the game, defeating Hong Kong with a score of 36/18. The first half ended with Qatar leading 20/11. Qatar is represented by 185 athletes across 27 sports at the Asian Games.
