Starting October 1, 2023, Karwa will require commuters to tap in and out for MetroLink services using Karwa Smartcards or the Karwa Journey Planner App’s QR code. This service remains free. Passengers must sign in, download an e-ticket, and access a QR code for all Metrolink journeys through the app. Scanning this golden QR code when boarding and disembarking the bus is mandatory. The QR Code Ticket is accessible on the home screen or in the ‘Card Management’ section of the app.
